The Conecta is a remote access service that connects the machine, in real time, to the Stara After-sales technician on the factory. The connection happens through the Topper 5500, ensuring a fast and assertive support. The Topper 5500 remote access allows the technician to see all the information on the Topper screen and help the operator remotely.
